While I generally like Hanzo's Food Porn, he loses me with the Sushi that IMO is all strange and slimy looking.

Good sushi is amazing. I was surprised since I never ate anything like that growing up. Spend the money and go to a high rated sushi place the first time. Don't F around with buffet line sushi and think you're getting a good idea of the genre. Also, don't eat chicken fried steak at Denny's or a lobster roll from Red Lobster. We could make a new thread about this.
