I've gotten into bbq pretty big time with my new Weber Silver grills. My only criticism (not complaint!) is that the cooking area is a bit small. The grill is 22.5" in diameter and holds one slab of ribs or one split chicken. My first solution was to buy a 2nd Weber Silver. Still, the idea of only being able to cook one slab of ribs or one whole split chicken/grill has kinda annoyed me. After checking out several accessories, I finally came up with a cheap, workable solution.
