    Unfamiliar with the operation of the 1911... After a round is fired it loads another in the chamber if available in the magazine and cocks the hammer. Remove the magazine and pull the trigger, it goes bang.

    Heck, he should have put the weapon to the head of his gal to his right, when he fired the first shot… would have saved his hand… because her reatives would have beat him senseless, which wouldn’t have taken much…

    The weapon looks like a Russian TT chambered in 7.62 x 25. It was a copy of the 1911, so yes it operates the same way. He'll probably loose much of the use of that hand. That was way beyond stupid

    I've seen this before, not sure if he really understood rules 1-4 for the first shot and 1-3 for the second.
