    Tea has a long shelf life, though it may change in colour and flavour over time. Store in a cool, dry environment, preferrably in an airtight container. The anti oxidants in tea may diminish in value over time.

    Seriously, it is usually quality that suffers. Here in the bush, if something is only a couple of months past the pull date, we consider it fresh! ;)

    I should change this to say a year or so after the pull date ;) We have to buy in case lots and sometimes it can take a couple of years to use the whole case of something. :D

    The Food Share here, won't accept canned food donations that have Best By dates that have expired.....Go figure.
