Teens March to Smith & Wesson in Springfield

Wal mart will be taking the rest of their guns out and quit selling ammo,all it would take is for the kids to march there. I hope not but if it happens I will quit wall mart,but not before I get all the ammo I need. Wait a minute I already have the ammo I need and also what my grandkids will need plus greatgrand kids also. Odumba taught me a lesson.

 

Anything to keep tongues waging on any other subject but this and that illegal killing molly.

 

They could do some brief "man on the street" interviews... from men who live... on the street.

Since it would be these kids first encounter with a man, the conversation would go something like this:

Kid: "People don't need guns."

Man: "Hmmmm..., no gun... then YOU don't need those nice shoes, that phone, watch, ... and gimme ALL your money."

 

Mais Paw, Is that you Paw, We coming make a pass Paw, Maybe shoot some???

 

Distraction. That word stuck with me as I flipped along the radio dial this morning.

NPR was leading with an interview of a National Enquirer editor about President Trump, and followed that with a story of illegal immigrant parents still separated from their children.

They had mentioned Molly Tibbetts (forever separated from her parents by an illegal immigrant) in their headline news yesterday, but are right back to the usual distraction today.

I'll hold my nose and check in with them occasionally for S&W coverage when I can today. Not healthy for my blood pressure.

 

S&W needs to provide nice cold drinks for all of the marchers along the route... It will be hot and I'm sure that none of the kids thought about logistics... Maybe we should take up a collection for Kool Aid... and send it to S&W?

 

What are you going to say when the government has their boot on your neck, because that is where this is going .
First remove the peoples ability to stand, then enslave them . =communism-socialism .
the only people that stand to win here are the very rich and those in government, who by then cannot be removed from their position . History proves this repeatedly . Noble intentions do not make evil people behave.

 

Need a gauntlet of good Conservatives lining the road, packing plenty of rotten eggs and tomatoes. Show those dimbulbs a little "love"......

 

Interesting that they'll arrive to protest on Sunday. Maybe I've been in the South too long, but won't the plant be closed?

 

Wonder where the funds for this march are coming from? Food, drinks, support vehicles, portapotties, camping orhotels, etc. It ain't gonna be cheap.

 

They made it to Springfield. Had signs and a few hundred joined them. I were there were counter protesters to greet them.

 

The plants been closing on Sundays since Nov 9, 2016.

 

These protestors need to make up their mind. In my opening post, the protestors had said-

But in the newspaper article that covered the event the protestors said:
The teens do not want to shut down Smith & Wesson, but they think they can talk to officials about finding ways to reduce gun violence. Student anti-gun violence 50-Mile March ends at Smith & Wesson in Springfield: Counter protest held

^^ that seems like a contradiction to me.

 

Did we ever find out how far David Hogg marched after the photo op at the beginning?

 

This could start a whole new protest ,,,,,on weaponized eggs and tomatoes ,,,
