Thank you all for the warm welcome, and yes, I am very familiar with Richard Marchinko. I think he started some great stuff and transformed how a lot is done, but I also think that he fluffs his own ego abit. I can't really say I can blame him. If I had accomplished what he has I would as well. This is the first time for me really being on a forum beyond being an anonymous lurker on a bunch.
