I'll take some pics of the burgers at KC for you ghrit. We start with 12oz Filets and send them through the grinder. Add some egg and sour cream to the mix and then grill to MR.... mmmmmm

I buy the fillo dough and stack it 3 sheets at a time then butter them and cover with honey then sugar and cinimon and add nuts... x e [Wed 22:14] monkeyman: then repeat several times and roll the whole thing up cover in butter then with honey and cinimon and sugar, cover that with more nuts then bake it for a bit untill everything carmalizes. The stuff is awsome but you pretty much throw away the pan when your done ...and baclava for dessert?
I make mine the same MM. For something different, try filling the layers with Feta cheese instead of sweets.
I used to make cheese from cows milk when the herd produced more than the tanks could hold and it was either use it or dump it. I've never tried making goat cheese but it has to be the same method, just different flavor.
Yup, if you add a little salt it tastes about like mozzarela, but the stuff we came up with has a texture more like cream cheese.
Which Im the only one in the house that will drink it other than the dog and cats, so finaly we started useing it to make cheese and keep a little for me to drink. We just have the 2 goats but that gives us about a gallon every time we milk, but our goats are bizare and only get milked every couple of days.
