Makes me wonder how the VFW and the DAV, of which he is seen wearing both hats, feel about his politics.

If in the DAV he may find the door closed the next time.

 

Didn't mean to get you riled @HK_User but I thought it was interesting that they are using veterans to wage war against the open carry. Next week there will probably articles on children who can't sleep and need therapy because they saw a gun. One always needs to remember that there are people who will stoop low, real low to push their agenda and these people believe that some freedoms should not exist anymore.

 

Not riled at all, just my way to investigate what I see and I have gained a basic understanding of how the Media and the anti gunners work and what to expect from them and their lies. So I express what I find since to do otherwise gives them a leg up.

As far as concealed carry, it's a matter of principle for me...I refuse to go grovelling to the government for their permission to exercise my god-given right to bear arms. I wish that others felt the same and stood up to such nonsense, rather than going along.
I apologize if I come off a bit harsh and arrogant on this issue...just as I am sure Samuel Adams and the Sons of Liberty felt bad about how they treated those who went along with the Stamp Act.
