I appreciate the information and I read the article.... However, please, remain cognizant of the fact that there are those here that do not share the same religious idealogies. The article was fine, as was the following information about the Fairness Doctrine. But, there was an insert there that may cause you some feedback. I for one did not find it bad, but I am only one person, and my beliefs are different than a lot of other folks here. Has a lot to do I guess with tolerance.
Thanks for your concern Dragonfly and noting what might be of consequence to some. Tolerance is a funny concept...it seems to get turned on it's head when anything of christian or religious nature comes up. The truth is that my faith is so engrained in me that I do not notice such things. I do not walk around considering what other people will be offended by, I am far past that point. For the most part I try to avoid cramming religion (a word I hate) down anyone's throats. And I certainly expect that whoever does not like my mild approach that may contain some spiritual reference can be equally expected to approach my view with the tolerance they themselves expect. In other words...Tolerance is not the absence of opinion or the sanitizing of moral and spiritual thought....rather it is the acceptance that anyone may express their views without being lambasted in a public forum. After all we live in AMERICA right? Land of the FREE, Home of the BRAVE!
