Really? You can't believe that he had a banned weapon or magazine? Just because someone or some government bans something does not mean you won't find folks with those items. Surely you were not feeling safer knowing that such items were banned.
My point was simply that gun laws never work for those that don't follow them. Also, the guy had to break into buildings for food, etc., therefor a good cache would hve allowed him to disappear without a trace. Nt that I advocate that for murderers, but simply that in a situation like he put himself in, he made it easy to follow...
