Just got back from grocery shopping, $225 for a family of 2 with a garden. While shopping I met a member of our church. Businessman in town, owns his own company, employs about 200 people, been in business for 30 years or so. Been ill so haven't seen them for a few months. We were talking about religion, abortion, the rise of the movements, eg BLM, rainbow groups, immigrants, hate speech, raid on Trump, etc and the Bible's comments on things.. Nothing very much to the far right and certainly not in any way illegal. Then I noticed the changes in all of our behaviors. We only talked when we could see for a distance and our heads were on a constant swivel looking for anyone who could hear us.. He was afraid of being called a "fill in the blank" as it would damage both his reputation and his company and thus in public he had to toe the correct "proper language and thoughts" at all times. We knew why he was doing it and also didn't feel comfortable speaking our minds in public. Bad enough he is a white Christian male married for 40 years and employing family members in many of the higher positions in his company, but any "charges" against him could hurt the company he hopes to leave to his children. It is no longer "safe" in New Hampshire, the Live Free or Die state motto on our state flag, to talk about many things, even God, to people that you don't know very well as they may very publicily say that you offended them and it was "hate" speech and of course your view of what actually happened doesn't count. And as the old saying goes, after they destroy your reputation, and you are found not guilty, where do you go to get it back?Parents are even very uncomfortable talking to their children and it is a lost cause in most cases trying to talk to grand children. Living as a white Christian conservative is almost a stigma and it sometimes seems that we will soon be like the Christian's of old, meeting in the dark in peoples basements and only trusting those we know. But perhaps that is the goal that left is trying to achieve.
I was watching an economics video and the guy talking was telling about how when his father fought in Normandy how brave they were and how they had to keep fighting with his best friends getting blown to bits right beside him and he mused about how afraid he was to speak his mind in public when compared with his father. He said at first he couldn't stand up to the lock downs and masks and other stuff even though he knew it was wrong so he gave money to those who did to support them. For people who aren't brave enough to stand up yet they can always support people like your friend's business. Now he has taken his footing back and teaches others how to stand up in this insane world. People are coming around although way too slow for my liking.
That is just what the left wants they want you to be afraid to speak the truth. It is a very effect form of control --FEAR ----well I will not succumb to fear I will speak the truth whether the left likes it or not. I will not be intimidated by their their shouting, by their slander, by their name calling, by their violence. If you are business owner can you survive a sustained leftist attack and having your name and brand pulled through every mud hole? Can you absorb losing 50% + of your business? As an employee is you employer willing to tolerate phone raids demanding that you be terminated because of (Your Insert Whatever) Beliefs/opinions/politics? On a personal level can you accept having your vehicles and home regularly vandalized and catchy phrases spray painted on both? Can you handle getting Doxxed and Swatted? The Leftist play really dirty and are very good at turning a persons good happy go lucky life into a living hell. Not saying you are wrong but there is a very heavy price to be paid if you get targeted.

While it would be nice to stand up for your rights, our company found out that there are groups of people who are not able to do the job that they are applying for, don't really make an attempt to get the job, and then 6 months later some shyster lawyer shows up and threatens to take you to a federal court on discrimination due to the applicants "fill in the blank" and if you don't pay them $50,000 now they will tie you up for years, destroy your companies reputation, cut off your operating capital at the bank, etc. The same scheme is applied to local governments, police actions, large corporations, etc and millions are collected. Then there are the crimes punished or not punished depending on the system, drug dealing at lowest levels, dealers not punished when drug user over doses, BLM riots, smash and grab mobs or shoplifting, sexual misconduct charges based on the "victims" statement about what happened 20 years ago with no proof other than the word of the "victim". While I am sure that some portions of the cases are very true, a lot of cases, as the Hollywood casting room couch scandals, the victim may have not had an equal power, but she sure "traded sexual favors" for a spot in the film and took the money and spent it. Was it right, no, but most people did not comply with the system. I have a poor filter, but don't like people so rarely talk outside my circle. Being in the tv business though, I see our parent company and its teams of lawyers fighting daily lawsuits for things said by reporters. Most of it is just slinging shit at the wall hoping something will stick, but the average joe would be forced to spend his money to defend. It isn't just a game of lawyers anymore, it's the game of legal teams. As I understand it we have a stellar one that crushes 99% of what is slung at them, small companies don't have this luxury. I can easily see something, even taken out of context, ruining an individual or small to medium company just with defensive legal fees before it ever gets to the jury.
The attack on the T5R began in mid June 2020 by the end of June all but 3 of the 70 events I had booked had dropped us, Citing my radical and dangerous political views as the reason. Also mentioned the hundreds of phone calls demanding that I be dropped or the events would be protested. Hell even the T5R got several hundred phone calls demanding that I be terminated. The 4 admins on the 2 FB Business pages were spending and average of 6 hours per day hiding and deleting the never ending comments on every post that were cut and paste "DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY IT SUPPORTS FACISCISM!" Thousands and Thousand of that or much worse from 90% CA, OR, CO, and NYC accounts. The Regulatory agencies from the Health Departments to the USDA were getting hundreds of reports claiming food safety issues and illegal processing of animals. The IRS got dead up my back side as they received hundreds of reports that my food trucks and farm were just a front to launder cash from my illegal meth business. The Sheriff raided my alleged Meth operation, which consisted of coming out asking "So are you a cookin meth out here? And mind if I look around just to confirm you are not? The phone line at the office has been tied up for 2 days now reporting you and demanding I take action." On the way to one of the events that had not dropped me I stopped in SAMS to get one of those giant igloo coolers for the canned drinks because I forgot the drink cooler. Came out to find FASCIST spray painted on both sides of the truck and trailer and on the truck windshield....... very BIGLY. TWO YEARS LATER I still get this picture sent to me by friends telling me "Hey thought you should know this is floating around." with some catchy phrase turning it into a meme like "This is what FASCISM LOOKS LIKE!" another common one on the pic is "TRUMPTARD ALERT!!!" 2020 cost me just short of $100,000 mostly in stock items for the 67 events that cancelled me. A good bit for my Accountant to deal with the IRS and State Department of Revenue Audits and putting my lawyer on retainer so he would instantly deal with any legal issues the attack might invoke. I typically earned $1000-$2500 net profit per show depending on the show with the average being $1470 so if you count that I lost another $98,500 from being cancelled. And decided I was just done and would run A Food Truck again a couple of years down the road after I was forgotten by the Leftist and would keep serving a handful of my long time farm customers. What started the attack??? A Bumper sticker on one of the Food Trailers that said "Trump Pence 2020 Better than the Alternative." Three other regional guys were attacked at the same time, two dares put Trump Pence signs in the yards and the other was vocal about his Trump support. They were younger and not nearly as well established as myself and were ground to dust and out of business by the end of 2020. LOL I made the Kamp Krap FB page this year and have a bit of Fascist and Misogynistic fun with it and thus far the twats have not figured out that Mr Krap is Mr T5R LOL I am actually going to run with the Kamp Krap brand in a near future smallish business venture. It is already a registered DBA of the T5R Inc. But seriously there is a painful price to pay for just displaying a Bumper Sticker in my experience. It might be the Local/regionals that start the attack but they quickly call in the National Reinforcements to aid in your destruction. Even if you are well established, respected and popular NO ONE will want to deal with the infestation that has attached itself to you. There is indeed a heavy price to pay for not being overly cautious and keeping a eye on who is watching and listening. It all sounds great to say you are going to fight the good fight and not back down. Can be just like the guys that got their small business ground to dust and were let go from their supporting employment. When compared to I think people losing their businesses or having to find a new job, while horrible, is not even in the same ball park. We are at war.
