TIHK is the solution to evade unlawful detainment with standard Peerless-style handcuffs. For law enforcement, military, and security professionals this may include being restrained with their own cuffs, captured person release and evading capture themselves.

TIHK is meant to be part of your everyday carry so it is there when you need it. Attach it where you can easily access it when cuffed: jeans belt loop, pants pocket, shirt tag, socks or even on the inside of your pants or underwear waistband.

    Important Notice
The TIHK is to only be used to counter illegal detainment and in accordance with all local, state and federal laws by trained law enforcement, military and security professionals. Improper use by civilians is not endorsed or encouraged. Use of the product is at your own personal risk and discretion.

I used to work security, that is why I own a Ruger revolver, and hinged cuffs. ( no, nothing kinky...;))however, if you have been cuffed by a pro, that key and most others are useless.
Done correctly, the keyholes should face your elbows, not your wrists, and the pin hole locks should be depressed to double lock them.
This means you can't get at the key holes, nor can the cuffs be compressed (by you) to claim brutality. They then have to be unlocked twice. And with hinged cuffs like mine, they are %30 stronger, no chain, and no way in heck can you twist them enough to get at the key holes. Keys are good against amateurs, but stand little chance against pros.

I like the product. I also agree with Kellory about the proper use of handcuffs, but the product is being sold FOR police who may get cuffed by a "perp", and marketed to security and military personnel exclusively. Of course, they have to market it this way. We can't have free thinking people challenging the police, oh that won't do at all. And we all know every police officer is a professional and always double locks and sets the cuffs properly, right? Probably not.

On a serious note, it seems to me that the whole premise behind this product is incompetence, at least for law enforcement. If a cop is handcuffed by a 'perp', I'd say they should go back for more training. Either that or audition for Reno 911(if the show was still going that is).

Handcuff Key Gets Stuck In Woman’s Vagina While Role-Playing During Sex

By Khier Casino, Tue, May 27, 2014
A Canadian woman got a handcuff key stuck inside of her while having a kinky role-play session with her partner in California.

The incident happened when the couple, identified only as Jason and Michelle, decided to dabble in role-playing during sex in Van Nuys, Calif., the Huffington Post reported.

The couple was acting out the story of a beautiful princess and a fire-breathing dragon, according to an episode of TV series TLC’s “Sex Sent Me To The E.R.

During the course of their role-play, the key to the cuffs was placed inside her vagina, and got lodged in her uterus.

She was immediately taken to the hospital to be examined.

At first, Jason and Michelle did not disclose the details of the situation to hospital personnel so as not to be embarassed. However, after the doctor was unable to find the source of Michelle’s discomfort, the couple decided to tell the truth.

Upon examining Michelle, the doctor discovered that the key was next to her cervix and was tangled up in her IUD, a contraceptive device implanted in the uterus.

“I’d obviously never recommend anyone do anything like this even if your judgment is impaired in the moment of passion,” Dr. Michelle Pearl, an emergency room physician, said. “We’re talking about a jagged metal object in a very sensitive place.”

According to Cosmopolitan, both the princess and the dragon survived to play another day, but this time without handcuffs.

Didn't they read the IMPORTANT NOTICE for the TIHK? "Use of the product is at your own personal risk and discretion." And that was the handcuff key that was improperly used, not the handcuffs themselves. Though it's interesting, the handcuff key ended up trying to unlock her IUD...

@chelloveck , that type of key is for the fur lined type. I work with locks daily, and picks, and lock-picking are in my skill set. And yes, I have picked those type as well....just in case;)
