    BUCKS / Males need to be blead out & cleaned within time/temp to preserve the meat taste , Backstraps are all lost on those .. Stinky deer meat when I see that .

    45Min is the max I have ever seen & that's because the recovery was a problem , but the knife wielder had it done in 10 mins .
