Is it possible to insert the title in a hot link like we used to be able to do with the last forum software?

At times with the other software you could copy and paste a hot link and the title was the hot link and then sometimes you would have to insert it yourself.

Obviously, I have not figured out how to do it with this software or it is not possible. Curious, which it is.

OK. I'm not sure what I've been doing wrong but the one above worked.

How do you turn a non-title hot link to a titled one, if one desires.

The old software had an add on that automatically went out and found the title of a linked article and inserted it here as a link.
You'd have to do it manually by highlighting some text and then clicking the chain looking icon and placing your link in the box that shows up. 30 Day Site Stats

@melbo-My chain looking icon is non-responsive when first opened, not sure why. I'll have to figure out why.

However, I am now remembering how to do this the other way. Being I don't do discussion forums much anymore, my memory on how to utilize this stuff is coming back to me.

Did it another manual way URL=link insert title /URL. I left out the brackets otherwise it does what it is supposed to do.

That chain 'Insert Link' icon only shows up after you highlight some text first. There is a slight delay as it opens.

The broken chain looking icon to the right is how you can remove a link.

Of course, you can still do it your manual way too. You really should spend more time discussing on this forum. You're good at it.
