I have a conundrum wrapped up in an enigma disguised as a riddle masquerading as a thought: Does one indulge in things that will not be around after an "Event" because one knows that they will not be around after an "Event" thus taking advantage of their availability. OR, does one obstain from such indulgences because one knows that such things will not be available after an "Event" thus making the withdrawl of such things a non-issue? Discuss.
Indulge. If the things go away, withdrawal is no longer a choice and therefore that much easier to handle.
