This would be great for all of us.
That means the government is doesn't like it.
Still a fair chance that this is going to be fought against by the feds.
We really can buy/build SBS, SBRs and silencers without complaint from the state.
There are 50 states out there. And those asshats can't enforcing their existing rules that were superseded by federal law. But now w/o federal laws .. shazam, state laws are now enforceable.
Y'all think CA, IL, NY are going to allow it?

Michigan already has a law on the books:

FIREARMS: SILENCERS OR MUFFLERS: MICHIGAN PENAL CODE: Possession of firearm silencers or mufflers The possession, manufacture, or sale of a firearm silencer is permitted in Michigan under MCL 750.224(1)(b) if the person is licensed or approved to possess, manufacture, or sell such a device by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, as required by MCL 750.224(3)(c). Possession, manufacture, or sale of a firearm silencer by an unlicensed or unapproved person is a felony, punishable by up to five years imprisonment under MCL 750.224(2).

Notice the part that says .. you can own if if you are licensed OR approved. Well, as soon as there is no longer an approval process or a license required by the feds. Do you think that the state is going to say, well, we've got this law on the books and it's been there for a long time, Yeah, we are gonna prosecute you for possession without fed license nor fed approval.

I predict there are other states that have this verbiage on their books as well.

    And the saga will continue.

I am not a lawyer, but this is my opinion.
