Interesting read. Will make my job even more confusing, since NC still requires a Form 4. So what if a guy is from out of state. He doesn't need or has ever had a Form 4. So now I have to be up to speed on every states laws. I mentioned it last week. My job on the range is safety, not checking NFA paperwork and explaining over and over the reasons for it. I'm thinking they need to start doing that at the office if we keep doing it at all.
