    Triple Antibiotic Cream
    Anti-fungal ointment
    Imodium
    Nitrolingual spray
    Lantus (insulin glargine)
    Atenolol

The last 2 are "me specific" since they are the 2 most important to keeping me alive on a daily basis...the others things I would want if I were healthy and for treating others.

    #11 would be Albuterol

Vitamin M, Motrin for all of the non-military out there. I am so lucky that I had some with me last week when I fell on the ice in Norfolk, VA last Wednesday. As I was laying there in the snow and ice all I could think of was, "I've fallen and I can't get up" and that if this would have happened when I was 30 I would have just bounced back up. Getting old is not for the weak of mind or spirit.

Acetaminophen? That shite can destroy YOUR liver and kidneys. (Not any good for your: joints, tendons, or ligaments either!) Acetaminophen and ibuprofen are, both, extremely toxic to dogs and cats; and should NEVER be given to them.

Nobody's mentioned cilantro, kelp, or seaweed. Cilantro is one of the few vegetables that will purge heavy metals from the human body; and kelp, and seaweed perform a similar protective function as potassium iodine. (So does Miso soup!)

In the event of nuclear contamination you want to start ingesting any or all of these medicinal substances a.s.a.p. They will help to protect your thyroid gland from absorbing radioactive particles from the air and water. Kelp and seaweed will, also, help cleanse and protect your liver from the adverse effects of nuclear contamination.

A Really Bad Week For The Supplements Industry - Forbes

Seems DNA testing shows most supplements don't contain the advertised ingredient. Then the counter claim the testing with DNA doesnt identify substances when the DNA is striped away during manufacturing. Hmmm. One then needs to wonder if the second claims is true, does the substance still have significant efficacy as compared to the substance when it still contains the DNA?

Seems the bottom line might be to just eat the original foodstuffs that contain the desired substance. Clearly, YMMV here.

    Subscribed.

Without looking ... not sure if we're talking over-the-counter or to include prescription meds?

Prescription meds ... I'll take anything and everything I can get post shtf, especially antibiotics. Plus I'll be growing poppies.

Over the counter, off the shelf stuff? Do I have to spell them properly?

Lots of triple antibiotic ointment. Lots of it.
    Naproxin Sodium
    Aspirin
    Benadryl
    Ibuprofen
    Bovine and fish antibiotics
    Lanocaine/Benzocaine/Novocaine
    Hydro-cortisone gels and creams
    Iodine (tinctured and provodine)
Anti-fungals (all of it I can get)

    Is that ten (10)?

But who can stop at ten?
