TOTM, December 2020 The 2A.. Where are we?

Hard to say where we are at this time, but the next few months will be the sign post we are looking for! If we some how manage to keep Trump, I expect to see some major actions toward the NFA and some pretty epic cases pushed forward to SCOTUS! If we get stuck with Pedo and the Hoe, were going to see a metric ton of Exc. Orders from that ass monkey, so we will have to fight each of them in turn! It's going to be an ugly fight, but may yet prove fruitful IF we can get some land mark cases before SCOTUS and basically cut off Pedo and Hoe at the knees!
Will all hinge on the outcomes of all these suits challenging our recent Rigged election!

 

IMHO i think America is on the verge of a second 1776 and its going to be more than 3% this time around as the American people are sick of the dems always spewing their hate of the constitution

May I offer a different concern. All the focus is on the Presidency when it should be on congress, specifically the Senate and how a loss of control there will mean a permanent and complete loss of not only the 2 amendment but the constitution itself. International treaties, once ratified by the senate and signed by the President, by constitutional law becomes the law of the land, and theoretically subvert the constitution itself. The Hildabeast had suggested that at one time and then, nothing more. Could this be something hiding in their bag of dirty tricks? Best to hope for the best out of Georgia.

I think you mean supercede, not subvert. In any case, I've not yet seen a case where a treaty or other international "agreement" has been found to abridge citizen's rights INSIDE the borders in spite of effects in cross border trade.
