My freezer currently has around 600lbs of pork, chicken beef and rabbit. I also have a doz head of Hereford cattle. I can ramp of rabbit breeding if i need to as well. I think that large game like deer, bear and elk will be reduced to super low numbers very quickly. I have enough food either in my freezer or on the hoof for a long time (providing i can protect it).

I think the smaller game will go overlooked for a time or just unreachable.

No money but cat makes a fine meal. And depending on the breed, the fur can be comfy glove and boot linings.

Plus testing the traps to see that they work before you need them.
