trunk gun for BOB

if anyone can close this thread plz do. i do not want anyone in trouble for answering my questions. i did ask my campus security and as long as i park of campus or on the public lot i am "ok-ish" his word not mine. he said i should keep it locked up and unloaded as well as keep ammo in seperate locked box. which i will do. He did ask me why i felt that i needed i trunk gun and i told him that i was nervous about getting home on some nights in case of emergency. he understood and said he would have had one if he did not have authorization to carry on the job. so as i asked if anyone can close this thread plz. do and thanks.
