Urban Bushcrafting - Natural glue

    this second method uses additional (modern tools) but makes a 'better' glue....

    Save those old shoe polish cans - they can be used to make glue!

    Any dry pine sap found should be saved - it can be powdered and used as a fire starter. The runny sap is used for the glue...

    Use can use Birch oil to make glue as well

    I've got a pine tree farm , acres and acres of pine trees ,, heavily posted " No Trespassing " ,,Owned by one of the local power companies , been thinking of trying to get permission to walk thru and try and harvest the dried pine sap . Doubt I'd get permission .

    Actually at work cutting down a big long leaf pine that had a lot of dryed up sap I told the inmates to set to the side for me
