Tunnels are a very dumb place to store your nukes, as one only has to make all the entrances uninhabitable for a thousand years, and you have their whole stockpile bottled up. It would be a simple job to do this with radiation, or a biologic munition, and just watch where they try and dig a new entrance, and hit that as well.... Dumb Idea... Militarily speaking...
