With all eyes on the city of New York they may have forgotten just how many from the rest of the state joined in the defeat of tyranny last time. Sic 'em yankees!
All these folks should Band Together and get a SHARP Federal BAR Certified Attorney, and have him File Suit, against the State of NewYork, In their local Federal District Court, challenging the State Statute on the grounds that it VIOLATES Heller & MacDonald.... and Request an Injunction from Implementing the Statute, until it is FINALLY Adjudicated..... and all Federal Appeals are finalized.... That is the ONLY way to STOP this BS, NOT talk about Repealing the Statute, as they will never get a Majority of the State Senate votes to do so, and the House is firmly in the pocket of the DEMs, as well as The Governor would never sign a Repeal Statute, anyway... At this point, the ONLY avenue left to them, is Federal Court. This can only be accomplished in US Federal Court, in a Federal Challenge....
