Definitely shows the awesome resiliency of human beings! I remember, back when I was a kid, seeing a guy who had lost both arms (likely in Viet Nam), who had taught himself how to play pool with his bare feet. He was pretty good, too! He'd drag a stool around to where he wanted to make his shot, sit on it, have someone pass him the cue stick, and he'd bridge with one foot, in between his big toe and 2nd toe, and sort of scrunch his foot up around the end of the stick to hold it there, then aim and shoot.
