Makes me wonder what else the government is stealing from us that we won't find out about for several years.

 

It is only the beginning, if you can't justify the private ownership of fire arms, then you can not justify the private ownership of anything else in our society. No family of two needs a house of over 1200 square feet, or a car that can exceed 77 mph, or get less than 45 mpg, or weighs more than 3000 lbs, or needs to replace it more often than once every 15 years, and they really should use Uber and not own a private automobile, or needs more than $50,000 in savings in the bank, or to leave an estate of over $200,000, or to own more than 10 acres of land, or to use more their fair share of the universal medical care, or to send their children to a private school or home school them . And of course there should be a $20 an hour minimum wage and the people should control all the means of production, and if you don't wish to work, you should get a stipend from the government that would allow you to live in comfort and the style you wish, and all single parents should get a stipend that allows them to easily raise their children and not worry about the other parent's support and a few hundred other things. It is called "socialism" and they are absolutely sure that they can make it work and create a utopia on earth. They will not accept the fact that no one else has ever been able to make it work, nor will they accept Ms Thatcher comment that "The trouble with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money". One thing the left learned along time ago is that those who are armed tend to resist the creation of the new regime and thus the first steps are always the outlawing of private firearms and the indoctrination of the children in the proper mindset. These comments are not in the tinfoil hat category, they are in fact unfortunately totally based on our historical past. Nazi Germany, Stalin's Russia, Mao's China, Pol Pot's Cambodia, Castro's Cuba, etc are a few recent examples of the more noteable successes of the socialist movements.

Don't know, but the wall in Berlin, the land mined strip between East and West Germany, the border's of China, Russia, North Korea, leaving Cuba, etc were all designed to keep people out weren't they?

Yup, gotta agree here GOG! I caught a fast of it in the service, a lot of "repositioning of assets" for no reason but political! Most of the time, that's normal and expected, but some of it made me scratch me head and wonder!
I also see a YUGE internal fight coming to the F.B.I. soon, the nation's premiere Law Enforcement Agency is in a real bad spot, and it's getting put out in the open and being exposed to the light of day! The MSM is being exposed and the sheeple are seeing if with out the rosie glasses!

Mr. Big has secretly infiltrated into all branches of US government and 3 letter acronym departments and have sown seeds of doubt and division amongst all branches of government, political parties and even divided the us population.
Their plan is coming along nicely. Gas is everywhere. Now they just need to get a patsy to be the match.
Imma going to predict that it's a white haired granny whose teachers pension is stolen by a computer glitch, the IRS hits her with back taxes and SSA denies her medicare claims. Oh and the bank is taking her families farm. She's gonna grab pappy's Garand and pop some popo when the come up to evict her. A three letter agency sets up a command post/ over watch in her old derelict tobacco barn and then swarm her house, as they breach the threshold, she hits the clacker that her son brought back from VietNam, and the barns, house, chicken coop, and even the outhouse go up in a yellowish brown explosion. it was later learned that this white hair was a militant chemist and had rigged all the buildings. Seems granny took out 46 agents, 4 Humvees, a helicopter and a semi command post in a single final act of defiance and to the man.

From that point forward the state just won't take any more chances, they'll start using predators and raze the properties of anyone resisting the state.
