    Yesterday I did 200 pushups and 2 hours of hula hooping. Today I was tired and needed a full rest day, but I still got 10,000 steps.
    My reading pace has slowed down because I'm spending so much time outside. I think we found the culprit who probably killed my favorite seabright rooster. It was an adolescent German Shephard who tried to snag more of our chickens. Time to work on fencing in the whole property. Just not as fun here because the floor is lava...
    We moved the metal pig trap back from the other property.

    This morning I weighed 125.8 lbs. I think it's been about 19 years since I've been in this range so it's encouraging! My waist is 30 inches and I would like to go down even more since I'm short (4'11"). Luckily I'm out of the danger zone (for my height) which is over 31.5 inches.
    My step count is up again! Yesterday I got over 22,000 steps and I ended the day with 300 push-ups so I went ahead and did the 500 pushup challenge (within 24 hrs.) I finished the 500 pushups this morning and did an hour of hula hooping! I'm feeling really good.
    I think that getting healthy and staying active has done wonders for my mental health. I've noticed that this week I'm not dealing with as much depression and anxiety so I'm thrilled about that! I think that practicing meditation before bed (almost every night since December) is helping too.
    I'm very happy with our dome progress! It has solar power, running water (rainwater catchment), a bathroom, and hot water!
    How are you doing with your workouts and nutrition?

    I’m right at 208 lbs which is the max for next Saturday. My gi is about 3.5 pounds so that’ll be the water weight I need to shed. 4 days of practice to dial it all in.

    Happy April Everyone!
    Yesterday I did 120 push ups and got around 16,000 steps. Today I rested and went for a few walks throughout the day. At some point I tweaked my neck while I was sleeping. I hope it will heal quickly.
    I finally got some pink parallettes. Now I can practice dips without excuses! Lol.
    I'm looking at a pink Bosu ball, but it's so expensive and I'm not sure if it's worth $144.

    I didn't lose weight from the beginning to the end of March. I'm happy that my measurements went down, but I'd like to do better during the month of April. I went ahead and bought the pink and lime bosu ball...

    I went to the cardiologist today and he said I was the poster boy for perfect recovery from heart failure and surgery. That was nice to hear.

    It was even nicer to hear I didn't have to come back....

    The mental ones, by far. When I thought I was going to probably die soon, I decided to get me right in the head to go to Heaven. It wasn't easy. There was so much garbage, ignorance, and background noise in my head.

    Once my head was right(ish) the physical and lifestyle changes were easier because my selfish weaknesses were not in charge.
