    Zimmy Wait, I'm not ready!

I've driven about 1000 miles so far this week but only walked about 6 total.

55 pounds down now and sticking to the plan.

Food cravings are kicking my ass like a monkey on my back this week. I tell my fat ass I don't deserve to eat my full share today because I ate it about 15 years ago.

I made a couple of trips back and forth to San Antonio and Comfort Texas. That about 6 hours one way no matter how you slice it. Not normal at all. However, I had a great time with good friends and family in those trips.

I did 45 minutes at 165 in the infrared sauna and 15 minutes in the cold water today. It was easier than the first time.

I'm reading Far Journeys by Robert Monroe. It's about out of body experiences and all his adventures in other dimensions. It's interesting, if damned odd to think about.

I just finished Empty Planet by Darrell Brickner and The Human Tide by Paul Morland. Both are great books on demographics both current and historical and how they effect economies and the political landscapes that are touched.

I also read I Am Not The Hero by SourpatchHero. It's a magically-transported-to-fantasy-realm type of fiction. Good listening during the commute.

    @Alanaana

Target is 1200 calories a day

Carb grams less than protein grams

Minimum 80 grams of protein per day

Lots of supplements to make up for the missing micro and macro nutrients.

I eat fish at least 6 meals a week. Usually tuna, sardines, or salmon.

I eat nuts or an avocado every day.

170 ml of water per day.

That's all the rules I came up with that I could live with.

You might need more calories. I went through a bad situation in my 20s where food simply wasn't available for 20 days. That reset my metabolism (epi-genetically probably) and my active fat man weight management calories were only about 1800/day before I started trying to lose weight.

I’m on call through the long weekend. I’m still doing my thing running, lifting and my 5 AM class. In August we are doing a family 10k. Nobody wanted to pay some group nor hang out in a crowd so… 1st annual. My girls ran cross-country and my SIL’s are animals so I might finish last. Boo.

I bought a device that measures grip strength, Amazon. We shall see if Meat’s grip strength is actually legendary or ordinary. If you don’t hear back from me on the subject you’ll know the answer. Lol.
Meanwhile after some long weird hours this week (car vs power pole calls, wind and etc) I should be back on track running.
Oh, I’m reading a book now too, The Sledge Patrol. I’ll bet not many know anything about WW2 and Greenland. My plan is to read one book a month for starters. I’m all about unbelievable true stories, just like the book I wrote. Lol. (Still in my garage, rough.)
