Extremely clean burning fuel so is natural gas.
I have an Impco propane carburetors set-up around here for a 350 Chevy.
    Things can get interesting?

Well, got back out for a morning run, I love walking or running in the morning. I've got 3 'paths' from my house that I run/walk on a regular basis and I can change the distance a bit with each one.
Last weekend the spring allergies got the best of me and I got a bad sinus infection. A few days of rest and plenty of meds to help keep my sinuses clear and I'm better. Still have a bit of a cough, but it's bearable.
Original plan was to walk this morning, it was a cool 44° this morning, but when I got out side I decided it was a run day. I pushed myself the 1st mile, then did some sprinting in the second with a nice pace for the 3rd mile then the last little bit was a sprint to the finish line (driveway).
I have managed to drop 3.5lbs in the last week, even with being sick and not moving as much. Or it could have been the fact that all day Saturday was spent outside grinding stumps, filling holes and doing yard work. Took plenty of rests during the day, but by the time night came I was exhausted and tried to go to bed early. Nope, too tired/exhausted to get to sleep. Oh well, Sunday I took it easy. I had a much better night, ready for the work week now.

Keto and intermittent fasting actually increases mitochondria in the muscles. That equates to more stamina and strength.

It’s been good for the forum in my opinion. If you’re not in decent shape in a survival situation it’s over before it starts.

@Alanaana one thing that has helped me was not thinking that I was on a "diet" or anything temporary. Living a Keto lifestyle is permanent and forever. I know that if I ever went back to the SAD (Standard American Diet) lifestyle my weight will rebound and I will feel like crap.
I remember when my Endocrinologist started telling me to lose some weight and eat better, I asked how. I always got the standard response of "eat less, move more" or "eat a low fat diet and exercise". I would do that for months and would either not lose weight or would gain weight, never feeling any better. I was also pre-diabetic with an A1C right around 6.0

After I stopped listening to my Dr and the .gov on what my diet should be I fully adopted the keto lifestyle. Yes, I've had some "non-keto" foods, but those are the exception and once in a great while. On the Keto lifestyle with my carb intake of less than 20g per day I have lowered by A1C to 5.4, dropped my triglycerides to a "normal" level and raised by HDL

On a personal note, I got a 5.1 mile walk in this morning. Average pace was 14:20/mi with a total moving time of 1h 13m. All of this was before breakfast, so in a fasted state. "Breakfast" after the walk was some bulletproof coffee (strong coffee with butter).

    Good Morning Monkeys!
Got a 4.07 run in this morning, a nice easy run at 11.2/mi, a bit slower than my usual pace but also an additional mile.
Last year I was setting monthly running/walking goals, I have not done that this year, yet. One goal I did not get to last year was to run my "block". A neighbor hood block is not that far you say? Well, my block is about 6.5 miles. I think my longest run last year was just over 5mi. Since I did a 4 mile run today, my goal, before the end of April is to hit the 5 mile run, it will be the same route that I walked yesterday, which I plan on walking a few more times.
I try not to walk/run in the rain, not my cup of tea. During inclement weather I use the treadmill in the garage. I don't mind it, but I would much rather be out in the sunshine doing my activities.
