What is your go-to workout?

I'm sitting in a hold at 260 pounds with 100 pounds lost. My body is converting hard abdominal fats to some squishy outside belly fat. I'm going to hold here until things settle down and this soft stuff disappears.

I've always had a belly as big and hard as a beer keg so having anything squishy is disgusting. It'll go eventually. I would guess it's about 20 pounds worth.

The boy is coaching high school wrestling and youth wrestling this season. He pops into class occasionally and smashes me and some of the group as well. Busy fella. I’m proud of him.

 

The guy who wants to figure out why the united states say way higher rates of obesity, autoimmune disorders, cancers is a danger to public health.

SIL #1is back in class after nose surgery. He tried to strangle me right off the bat! We just need SIL #2 to return and there’ll be four of us at practice. Yay. Lol.

 

Yes, I’m very lucky. All hard-working nice fellas too.

 

I’ve skipped both practices this week due to work. My plan is to go to an evening class for the very first time Wednesday. Stay tuned.
