What is your go-to workout?

I have a lot of fun checking into SM and especially this thread. Without fitness there is no surviving, nope.

 

2 and 0. No subs but I smashed pretty well. 11 to 0 and then 13 to 0. Maybe I’ll post a pic or two.

This was immediately after my takedown so I was looking for control here. Pressure is my game so…Lol

My #1 SIL and I were both promoted to purple belt this morning. This was his thing so when I was thinking of joining I asked him if he’d care, lol. Special day for sure.

 

I’m on call but the plan is to go to my oldest daughter’s house for Easter. She’s the one with the farm stand and makes the best sourdough bread and etc ever! She’s also the one that beat me easily in the family 10k. Ouch.

 

I killed another little boar yesterday and went through the PITA that is removing the hair by scald and scrape.

Today I will chop it up and render all the fat and muscle. I'll cook the whole thing down until the meat is done and lard rendered.
