My first match is around 9:45 AM Saturday. I hope to smash!!!

 

Well the first match didn’t go my way, won my second. Back to biz Monday, 5AM sharp. Lol.

 

I will do my best to continue this great thread. I said this once here I believe, “Without fitness there is no survival.”

 

I rolled with my boy yesterday in class, nasty. I’m just trying to survive, lol. Our coach has a wicked arm lock that we’re working on this week. Hard to describe but terrifying. Lol.

 

Does climbing the walls and jumping to conclusions count?

 

I'm getting hernia surgery this morning. It will be good to get this fixed and advance my health with real exercise

 

Hernia surgery canceled because heart has a runaway pulse. Now getting checked into ICU for possible heart procedure.They are going to put me in a patient room if the jumper cables don't do the trick.
