    I did the workout last night and it took me two hours. Maybe I'm slow? I think my injury makes things take a lot longer...
    I did 4 x 8 chin-ups and felt like superwoman!
    I'm excited because the scale said that I'm 117 and in January I had set a goal to be 117 pounds by my birthday. My birthday is on Tuesday so I'm on a great track!

    Chocolate Mint is good, vanilla is probably my favorite. I don't care for strawberry.

    I haven't had ice cream in almost 2 years on my low carb diet, and a Jocko shake was my go-to when I wanted something sweet. With this Ninja, I mix up 8 oz h2o, I scoop of protein powder and a teaspoon of sugarfree pudding. Then put it in the freezer. When I'm ready to eat it, I add a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream...it makes a pretty darn good ice cream treat!

    It was fun. The boy was in attendance too. He’s tapping peeps like crazy lately including me! I hate it but love it at the same time. Lol.

    An extra rest day per week has been necessary, lately. My workout days have been: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Rest days are Fridays and Sundays.
    Tomorrow I have a pretty challenging total body workout so I'm going to enjoy this evening and maybe even get to bed early.

    Ouch! Depression is hitting me so hard this weekend, that it's a struggle for me to move...

    I've been reflecting on my dad as a person and not just who he was as my dad. I admire him so much and I will miss him forever. 69 was too young to pass...

    It's so sad to lose your dad...

    Week #10 / 10 is here! I'm so happy that I've made it to this point even though I felt like quitting last week.

    There are 7 supersets including pull-ups. I'm going to do chin-ups instead because I know that I can complete the sets with good form. I couldn't say that 10 weeks ago because my unassisted chin-ups were still non-existent. It's exciting to acquire new skills like this.

    Dinner is on the way and I'm going to try to get this done before dinner even though there's still daylight outside.

    Let's get started before I talk myself out of this one.

    I did my workout earlier in the evening and it felt good to get it done!

    My birthday is in a few hours and I usually like to deep clean my house and my whole life throughout the week leading up to the day...

    Unfortunately, that didn't happen this year. I've been busy in the gardens and we've been managing our multiple properties and time snuck up on me... Rather, I procrastinated hard and didn't make it a priority...

    Luckily, I just deep cleaned the visible and important spaces in my room: night stand, bookshelf, desk, surfaces. Everything else can wait and stay hidden behind the closet :sneaky:.

    After spending almost a decade being a spartan, minimalist type (prepping doesn't count), I've started to acquire more things and it's nice to have more clothing than "the exact same outfit, just different colors," and more dishes than 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 cups etc. and more than 2 towels, but sometimes having more things gets overwhelming...

    Okay, I will stop rambling now. I think I'm going to start doing some daily tidying at night because it is the first evening in months that I didn't feel sad and depressed. I was drowning myself in YouTube shorts and I don't think that's very helpful either. I'd like to go back to tidying and reading.

    I think you should be pretty proud of yourself for maintaining a super active lifestyle while fitting in time for physical workouts! Plus, you mentioned you’re at or near your lowest weight. Pretty awesome!!

    Thank you, @CraftyMofo ! When we started this a few years ago I think I was around 170 and even last year I was still around 160. Today I'm 121. I know that everyone says not to obsess about numbers, but I'm a data girl and I think when it comes to health, it's not a bad thing to try to make progress. As long as it's not through super extreme measures. My waist measured at 28.5 inches this morning which is a record for me in my adult life.

    I taught class number 2 Tuesday. The submissions I taught were the Americana and Kata-Gatame or arm triangle. Both of these sort of fit my game whatever that is. This morning one of the students said he used both of them for taps in the night class. Lol. Good job buddy!!

    Yesterday's total body workout took too long, but I got it done! It's nice to see that I'm making progress and my injuries are healing. I just have one more long workout planned and then I can switch up my routine! I'm really looking forward to it.

    Great news, it wasn't a fluke and when I went to the doctor's office today my blood pressure was good! I don't think that will ever get old.

    I'm going to go ahead and just do the final workout in this 10 week program tonight. I didn't plan on doing it until Saturday. It's scheduled for Friday, but lately my massage therapist has been coming over on Fridays so I've been moving the workout to Saturday.
    I have a boost of energy tonight. It's almost 9 pm here and I'm going to get it done and celebrate with the massage in the morning.

    This program has tested and challenged me so much mentally and physically. There were a few weeks after my dad passed where I was in tears during the workout. I was so sad that he didn't make his health more of a priority and I also felt powerful in doing the workouts even when I didn't want to. I think the physical challenge has been cathartic and sticking with it even with injuries really tested me.

    Here goes. Let's get this thing done!
