Wife did one the other day
Seasoned pork tenderloin with a bit of barbecue sauce
    Turned out quite well!

I do a crockpot (took me 3 tries to convince autocorrect I DIDN'T mean crackpot...I think autocorrect has been reading my posts) meal every Sunday for family and a few friends who are also really family. Generally I alternate between pork and beef and look for a new recipe each week except when everyone likes one enough I put it on a repeat list. About once a month I will pull one off the repeat list and reuse it. It is easy and (so far) always yummy...I especially like it because there is always sauce, I am a person who just doesn't like meat without sauce.

@Pax Mentis would you post a couple of your favorite recipes in the recipe section please? I'm always looking for something new

Don't forget, the Dutch Ovens will do much the same and more! I really like a hot Italian Roast Beef Sammich, sort of like French Dip, but Italian Style ( Much,Much More Better), and the dutch oven or crock pot is the only way to go!
