Glucosamine - if I stop taking it my knees will start to hurt when I go up, but mostly down stairs. IMO I think most people should consider glucosamine around age 35.
I may have to give it another shot and stick with to see what happens. Functional joints are a good thing.
We have started with the omega-3 oils a while back. I'm guessing this will be one that no effects are felt. You just hope it does a heart good.
I eat a can of Red Salmon, for lunch, every day... All the omega3's I could ever want, and very tasty....
Been eating more fish as well: tuna, salmon, cod, catfish, etc. I'm definitely on board with getting what I need from the food I eat.

Except that I know more about vitamins, minerals, herbs and other supplements than 95% of the doctors out there! I have done the research and I own and have read 3 books on the subject, which is 3 books more than the doctors have read! I know what to stop taking before a medical procedure or with a new prescription, and when to start taking it again, and I know when to ask questions! Remember, so-called medical "experts" once told us that smoking was good for us, and that exercise would damage our hearts!
Also, difficult or impossible to obtain sufficient vitamins, minerals, etc. from just food. If you want to get 1000 mg. of Vitamin C from food sources, you will need to eat 12-15 oranges or drink 1/2 gallon of OJ...everyday!
