This doesn't begin or end with President Obama. Our rights have been eroding for years (Patriot Act under Bush2, NAFTA under Clinton etc). Anyone who thinks this is only a "democrat" or "liberal" thing has blinders on or has been listening to talk radio too much. Neither is it only a republican thing. It's the type of people we elect, and the fact that they are immersed in a system which has been broken for years. Hell, decades! Until there is a fundamental change we will continue to elect people more beholden to their particular golden idols than to we the people!
Yup. The very same things happen with Republicans in office -sometimes worse. It's all a farce. This country was seized by the banking cartels long ago, and now the corporations are having a good time pillaging the remnants of sovereignty. The People are slaves to the order unless they can break away from the two party paradigm.
This evening, I honestly believe: WE have just turned a corner.... I cannot commit to either: "this is the end of the begining", or "this is the begining of the end"... But I'd bet, is a lose-lose scenario ......
