Yup Big Horn Sheep a couple of nice rams. Yeah bear always dry there its like a High Sierra area sorta like a desert on the rim tops. With a ton of river in the bottom, very close to Hells Canyon in the Grande Ronde Valley Yeah Valkman I started doing it a few years back When i thought about not being able to go out like this, it will be nice to look back .
That thought process is understood by me at least, nearly there myself. Camera, lenses and binocs weigh more than the other gear when I get out. (Well, it did before I went digital this year. Total is a bit less now, and the intermediate steps of developing, printing, and scanning is out of the way. The trials and tribulations of scanning in years of prints and slides will keep for another day. ) Quig, it looks like you are carrying something more than a pocket pixel packer, what are you shooting with?
