Had a good day
Saw things too, know what it is?
whats this? What do you see?
Looks to be elk in 014. Might be 3 or 4 also in the other, can't see well enough without binocs --
Meat in furry wrappers!
Hey Quig, I forgot to ask. Do you have a 4 wheeler or something? If I have a chance to make it out there some time and go after some of them critters I have to say I sure wouldnt look forward to lugging a big old elk up out of some of them hollers on my back. That could get a little tireing. lol
Elk in one pic
and deer and Bald Eagle in the other
Ran onto this guy while out
All walk in and out,
If we get something down deep, we have access to Horses and Mules.
saw these too
Was near a favorite spot here.
I could live at that Favorite spot!
what ever happend to, "if it flies it dies, if its brown its down!"
I mean, a guy has to eat
Looks like you had a busy day, Quig!
Beautiful photos! Thanks for sharing!
Oh, YES!! What he said!!
lol OK, just wanted to be sure I wouldnt be the jackass with a few hundred pounds on my back comeing out of those valleys. I dont mind walking, even with a light day pack or something and my gun, but from the size I understand elk to be even a quarter might get a little heavy comeing up some of those slopes.
It all fun MM
We only pack what we can and take it easy coming up mae a few trips.
That top pic of the caynon is where My wife and I packed out that bear i shot last fall 900pm to 200 am nothing but meat on packs.
Wow, what a day and what a view.
Is that public land or private Quig?
All public, but the pic of the barn is private next to public on all sides.
The one thing we have that most dont is tons of public land.
