They are recalling only the ONE Lot... That is a very small number of rounds, compared to the total daily Production, from the multiple Winchester OEM Ammunition facilities. I suspect that they have, either a Powder Overcharge, or Undercharge, that QA picked up on, after it was shipped, and the reporting from the floor, didn't make it to the QA Office, in time to stop the shipment, after the malfunction was resolved on the floor, during production. Note: Apparently it is a "Wrong Propellant" ISSUE, which was found by QC, and apparently was a fairly small Lot, that then wasn't DESTROYED, but slipped into the Delivery Supply Chain, unNoticed by QC, untill after it was shipped.....
