Breyer: Founding Fathers Would Have Allowed Restrictions on Guns - FoxNews.com

He's basing his entire way of thinking on Madison alone?? I guess what the other founding fathers thought doesn't mean anything. Or maybe it's just him picking the one that suits his agenda. (Funny that not even Madison's opinion fits his agenda)

He's sitting there preaching about what the founding fathers had in mind and citing history, yet he chooses to ignore that same history that includes the opinions of many other founding fathers. Sportsman are what the founding fathers had in mind with the 2nd Amendment?? Really?? I don't think so and to support my opinion here are some historical quotes by some founding fathers...

Oh **** looky here Justice Breyer, this one's by James Madison:
Oh what do we have here, ANOTHER quote by Madison that is in direct opposition to what Justice Breyer says Madison had in mind:
Now how about we explore the thoughts of those other fine men who founded this nation....

Justice Breyer is full of his own self-importance.The 2nd amendment does not grant us the right to keep and bear arms,it acknowledges a right that predates all constitutions, all congresses, all presidents and parliaments."The right of the people to keep and bear arms" is the heart and soul of this amendment, the rest is an acknowledgement, not a grant or favor. The right to self defense by any means necessary is inborn in all of us.As a man,I have a right, nay,an obligation to protect myself and my family.

Breyer is a moron from SF, California. He went to Stanford. He was appointed by a series of democrats beginning with Carter. He was appointed the SC by none other than Slick Willy....

I'm not sure why we are even posting about this. He's been anti-gun the whole time. He was appointed at a time when gun control was at it's peak. I don't expect him to change with the times. There is a revolution back to the original intent of the Constitution and dinosaurs like this are being left in the 90s.

when was the last any judge wrote up much that was filled with common sense as opposed to spin or personal agenda?

People can't even vote on a measure these days in confidence that it will be upheld, some queer judge somewhere will overturn it
    Ya that's democracy

Easiest way I knew how to illustrate the point that Justice Breyer is a ****nozzle, that clearly seeks to rewrite history to suit his liberal agenda. I think it is pretty clear that our Founding Fathers wanted us to have weapons to defend ourselves from our government.

I don't know when that turned into us having arms for sport/hunting but I'd venture to guess that pro-gun activists at some point in time are the ones that made that argument and their good intentions are what led us to today's anti-gun activists saying that we don't need high capacity mags and weapons like the AR15.
