Interesting story about a fellow who, after a visit, decided to move to Russia. At one point, buys an abandoned collective and now is a successful farmer.

I found what he had to say - interesting. It is a long vid, but IMO, worth watching.

Looks like the land of opportunity has relocated .

 

A little nervous when past history in the area has been that those who enforce the rules make them. No way of knowing what will happen any where in the world any more. Technology and farming are great, politics in long run may create problems.
