bought 20lbs pork boston butt. gonna make bacon....lol. Buckboard bacon. Have you seen Pearlselby's post on same?

I just finished converting 20lbs of pork boston butt to future bacon as above in four curing bags in frig. slabs are 4.2lb, 4lb, 3.5lb and 3.3lb ..... 5 to 7 days from now the 2 smaller slabs will be rinsed, and tied like a pork roll roast and will be hung in smoker. later that day it will be bacon feast time. the next day I will do the 2 larger slabs
That does it - I'm officially requesting a bacon sub forum for all things worth living and fighting for (i.e. bacon!)

I knew I was forgetting something. Okay, I screwed up and got no pictures so far this time. I will get some pictures of the slabs in bag curing, a couple of the slabs rinsed, and finally tied up as a pork roll prior to smoking, and after. I promise !!!
