I'm not sure if this is the right place but I canned my first batch of black bean chili.

Thanks for posting. My family canned when I was a kid, I never paid much attention to the process. A few years ago I started gardening and canning. I've done a few soups and beans in the pressure canner but mainly I do jams/jellies and tomato's.
