Sound like this kid is up to no good! Why the intersest in a pipe line? I there a pipe line going through or any where near your porperty?
The kid says he has no $, how is he buying ammo and guns? maybe the kid is out seeking his fifteen minutes of fame by causing some home grown terrorism! I would not go any place with him you may not come back!

 

Meet him at a WallyMart, then report him as 'questionable' to DHS - "See something, say something..."..... hehehe. Let him tell his story to the Feds....

 

Its the young hung ho crazies that give preppers a bad name... And attract gvt scrutiny...
