Currently 50 and dreary. Storms will be rolling in this afternoon. They’re saying high mid 60s, really blah day.

 

78 degrees and showing the full variety of a storm. Tornado passed a couple of miles away, 70 mph winds, hail, sheeting rain, endless lightning.

All secure in my little old house.

Only 89 today five miles inland of Emerald Isle. It was 94 this past Saturday, and 90 on the beach. They're calling for 98 on Friday and I'll be on the beach.

 

Used to take the family out there quite often...just north of the main pier...(if it is still there)

Started out this morning at 70 then topped out at 90...light passing clouds.
