    Cool service... You can set up Alerts from a bunch of categories and have them sent to you as they pop up.

    Melbo, I have been getting emergencymail for about a year. It is a great service, pretty accurate. I even got an Amber Alert 1/2 hour before it made the media.

    THe cool thing is that I'm not getting Spammed by every small thing that comes through my state. Just sever stuff. I've gotten two alerts and then 1 cancelation report so far.

    Good service. I did use a disposable email addy in case they sell it off but so far my Spam level is about the same

    No spam, but if the event is ongoing, you will get several of the same message. Still, it's a good service.
