Our Church is hosting a Red Cross class all day tomorrow.
Basic stuff but you need the foundation and the CPR and First Aid is a pre-req for almost any other medical training out there.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Very cool, its an excelent thing to know and I can say from experience a realy shitty thing to need and not already have.

    Hi-jack.
There are so many one-way valves out there, what is the best cheap, single use valve.
    Source?
    Group-buy?

I'll ask tomorrow. My guess is that somewhere, within reach of an EMT or EMS, is a box of them... ;)

They probably use a bag, but can advise on valves.
