    Bruce just looked up excursion inlet. I lived on Prince of Wales Island just south of you for 4 years. SE Alaska is a beautiful region.

    Detroit Diesel, 6 cyl V config, roughly 318 CID. Lots of marine applications, dunno much about vehicles.

    Ghrit has it right, and there are lots of these in trucks... PoW is a nice island, Spent time in Craig, every summer, with Carl Asplund and Chris Steele, at the old CWF Fisheries Fish Camp.... Great Folks.... Was your time there, before or after Medical School?
