    2.88 here today in Aiken SC. Got 1.15 per gallon off in fuel perk savings from Bi Lo so cost was 1.73 a gallon. If any of you are near a Bi Lo they have great weekly specials on buy one get one free, thats helped me build my food storage and save money on the gas too!

    Interesting story. My US Senators came out to our small town for some sort of official business and were mortified at our gas prices ($4.37ish).

    They made some comments to the locals that they would have to do something about this and 2 days later, gasoline in my small town was $3.30.

    I'm like a subsidy magnet.

    The REASON gas prices are dropping is because Obama is flooding the market with American oil reserves in an attempt to get re-elected. Fill up now because it is not going to last long. In fact, if you follow gold prices you will see that they are linked. Watch the price of gold change and then see what gas does.
