Good, if brief. Sorta summarizes the actions one MIGHT take in several situations. Main point is keeping mentally prepared. Funny how it is that all of a sudden the news weenies are quoting the various agencies as advising a 72 hour preparedness plan. To my mind, that is not half enough, I'm looking at a week minimum of self sufficiency either bugged in or out.
The 72 hours is a bare minimum if you are just trying to get by untill you can get into a gooberment camp or something.
Vic is a stand up guy.... I've dealt with him and have nothing but good things to say about him.... JMHO....
